Hilary Gander
Hilary established Level Vision in 2006 because she wants to help people – and the organisations they work for – achieve their full potential. Hilary works with individuals and teams focusing particularly on self-awareness and the effectiveness of their interactions.
Hilary passionately believes that the way people communicate with each other can make the difference between success and failure. Misunderstanding each other’s motives can cause projects to stutter and fail. She believes that the same is true whether you are a huge corporate body or a small local company. Hilary’s clients range from global technology and consultancy firms to a community interest theatre company.
In 2002 Hilary accepted the post of Director of the global Leadership School within a multi-disciplined consulting and technology company where she designed, built and ran ground-breaking learning programmes. These programmes focused on developing high potential senior executives whilst maintaining the focus on the company’s strategic initiatives.
Hilary spent 15 years as a project manager and management consultant in Financial Services running complex business and IT projects in Sales, Marketing, Administration and Finance. The source of her greatest challenges and rewards came from creating high performing, multi-disciplined teams.
Hilary is a master certified i-LeadTM Consultant and has completed the Coactive Coaching Curriculum. Hilary has a degree in French and English (Combined Honours) and an overwhelming curiosity about languages. Her dream is to make a difference in the urgent battle against Climate Change, which after all is going to take a huge collective effort to solve.

Lesley Tulley
Lesley is passionate about people living happy and fulfilled lives – in all areas of their life – through self-expression and empowered living and is a firm advocate of knowing yourself and of honest, open communication.
As a leadership coach, Lesley has experience in multiple techniques and with clients from a variety of businesses. Lesley client’s include executives from the leisure, technology and management consultancy industries and the Public Sector.
A Masters graduate in applied social sciences Lesley started her career in Marketing, becoming Global Marketing Manager in the Financial Services industry for a leading management consulting and technology services company.
Lesley’s continuing quest to make a real difference to people’s lives led to her establishing Emerald City Coaching to deliver coaching services to individuals and organizations. Emerald City Coaching offers individual coaching programmes, team workshops and tailored train the trainer coaching programmes. Lesley is interested in how new technologies can support personal development and has developed Life Check for the iphone.
Lesley is certified by the Coaches Training Institute as a Co-Active Coach, is a Certified i-Lead Consultant and is a member of the International Coaches Federation.
Lesley works as an associate of Level Vision to develop and deliver individual coaching programmes and team workshops.
Lesley combines energy and enthusiasm with a genuine curiosity about all people to create a compassionate and challenging learning environment.

Gareth Bunn
Gareth has long experience of successfully building and leading teams in both public services and the private sector. He also, drawing on his own career, brings deep understanding of the challenges of holding senior executive positions in Partnerships and Corporate businesses.
For 10 years Gareth has developed a passion for effective communications – the skills and techniques of message design and delivery and works closely with The Rhetorical Company. Gareth believes that skills in communication lie at the heart of success – whether in sales, running major programmes, or leading businesses. Gareth’s expertise in this field, allied with his prior experience, enables him to be an empathetic and skilful coach.
Following his initial career in the Public Sector, Gareth moved into Management Consultancy and then IT Services before setting up his own business specialising in coaching training and consulting. Keen to ensure that he aligned with and adopted good practice in leadership coaching, he has joined Level Vision as an Associate and has trained as an i-Lead consultant.

Jacques Eliard
Jacques founded i-Lead Systems in 2001 for the development of individual and team leadership. Jacques pursued a successful career in engineering and then moved into human resources consulting with DBM, where he was Managing Director of DBM France, then President of DBM Europe.
In his published work “The DNA of Leadership” he argues that leadership is the result of learning from our environment and transforming this information into action. Jacques specialises in organisational change and the development of trans-national teams.
