Process Improvements: the operationalisation of strategy

Our consultants work with a team in a series of workshops to identify a vision, redesign a key process to meet the vision and ensure the changes are implemented.
Setting your Vision & Objectives

An important kick-off point for creating a vision for the new processes and involving key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in. The team together sets critical success factors, identifies the business case and targets.

Identifying Current State
The people, technology and processes as they stand at the moment: who’s involved and what hand-offs there are, for example, what value-add processes there are and what non value-add, where systems are utilized.

Designing Future State processes
Revisiting the process flow and redesigning them according to targets identified earlier, including a cost / benefit analysis. Focus is on key areas to reach the vision already agreed.

Implementing the Changes
This stage will be concerned with selling and communicating the new processes, training the team / other employees and measuring the effect of the changes.
