Success in business used to be measured in a two-dimensional way: does income exceed expenditure. Now, smart companies are realising that if they factor in a third dimension – their people – they gain a critical advantage in an ever tighter competitive market.

Individual Coaching
First, individuals complete an i-Lead Individual Questionnaire which generates their personal i-Lead “Signature”.
Over the course of 3 months initially, each individual works with an i-Lead qualified consultant to:
- Create their personal vision
- Understand how their cognitive patterns drive their interactions, and how stress affects them
- Identify their own “Success Loop” and work out strategies for replicating it
- Understand where success breaks down and identify behaviours to develop
- Initiate a coaching action plan

Team MOT
Teams use i-Lead Individual Signatures and an i-Lead Team diagnostic focusing on seven critical team attributes (client-centricity, flexibility, creation, responsibility, talents, diversity and learning).
During the two-day workshop participants:
- Examine their current reality from the perspective of their clients, the
services they offer, the team itself and their values - Work on understanding each other and how to communicate as a team
- Sign up to a shared vision of where they want to get to
- Agree their part in the team’s future success

Relationship-Based Selling
Based on the i-Lead model, this 2-day workshop builds on awareness of clients’ different cognitive patterns that have developed around project goals, relationships, decision-making and time.
Participants practise:
- How to really listen to their clients
- Posing questions to establish what really matters to their client
- Building a powerful synthesis of the clients’ needs and wants
- Overcoming barriers to action
and then apply them to their real client situations


Process Improvements
In order to support leadership objectives it is often necessary to get buy-in to changes and see through basic process improvements. Our work with you ensures that this work is carried out in a structured and inclusive way.
